Shipping Policy
New orders will ship within a week or less of being placed. Tracking will be emailed to customers as soon as it is generated. Transit times will vary by carrier. Typically orders will take 4 to 12 days to reach the customer.
If the shipment tracking reflects that the order was lost in transit, we will reship the items in the order. If the items in the order are out of stock, we will communicate with the customer to find suitable replacement items or we will issue a refund.
If a package is marked as delivered but the customer claims that the package was stolen or was misdelivered, we do not have an obligation to refund or replace the items. We will handle these situations on a case by case basis at our own discretion.
